Day 188:  Nutrient Density Diet

188 of 365. Our Daily Challenge — Fashion.

Blueberries are all the fashion right now, didn’t you know? They are around my family where we’ve been picking them practically non-stop the past few weeks. They also seem to be all the rage in diet books.

I’ve been trying to go on a diet. I’ve been claiming I was on a diet, but it’s been a struggle. I’m still recovering from diet burn out from the last time around. I decided I would have to call it something other than a low carb or low calorie diet in order to do it. I thought if I called it a nutrient rich diet instead that would help. I thought I was being clever too until I read up on the idea and discovered there’s quite a little fad toward disguising low calorie diets as nutrient density diets.

Luckily, I have plenty of blueberries for trying this out. Luckily, I love blueberries. I would even keep picking them if I could get my hands on more and more and more of them.

They are the cool kids on the block.
