Today, however, I was the bug. I do have a crane and a picture for today, but because I am posting this from my phone, and I’m too lazy to figure out how to embed the picture off Flickr this way, I will just have to update with images later.
I remember a few years ago when I was lamenting my inability to reach my own goals, a friend told me that whenever you set a goal, the Universe starts asking if you are really sure. The challenges we set for ourselves wouldn’t be called challenges if they were easy, I suppose, but somehow those little adages don’t mean much when you are feeling squashed at the end of a long day.
Thank goodness every day is a whole new day. I’m going to try to get in line early for the windshield jobs tomorrow.
Peace and love, friends.
This is just to say that today’s blog post is still in the camera.
I’m away from my computer, so I haven’t posted any pictures today, though I have taken many. I’m testing out my WordPress app right now to post this from my phone.
It was a sunny day spend with friends. I got sand in my shoes and forgot to worry about whether I was accomplishing anything. Sounds awful, doesn’t it?
And my 2013 Photo 365 project begins!

Last year I bought a blackberry vine and decided I didn’t have the energy to dig up a place to put it. I ended up sticking the vine and a trellis inside a bucket. This year, the original vine is thriving, and a new little vine has sprouted up. I figure I should transplant the little vine to its own bucket with its own trellis. If this keeps up, in a few more years, I should have a real blackberry bucket vineyard established.

My niece had an outdoor wedding last weekend and gave out these shades to the guests. Hello Kitty needed hers today.
