The part I really liked, though, was his discussion of what art is&#8230;which he says is essentially having something to say.<\/p>\n<p>The interview is wonderful, but his &#8220;This I Believe&#8221; essay really hits home.<\/p>\n<p><embed src=\"http:\/\/www.npr.org\/v2\/?i=91740464&#38;m=91779958&#38;t=audio\" height=\"386\" wmode=\"opaque\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" width=\"400\" base=\"http:\/\/www.npr.org\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\"><\/embed><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I had to break away from the God I was supposed to believe in to find the God I could believe in.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>That, and if you don&#8217;t buy his CD, you&#8217;re probably not right.  \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Good stuff.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the person who sent me this link.
