It helps to know that some of my issues with life, the universe, and everything stem from my personality type and not from a personality disorder. In these days of diagnosing everyone with mental health issues, anything off the beaten path tends to get labeled as a disorder. According <a href=\"http:\/\/www.capt.org\/mbti-assessment\/estimated-frequencies.htm\">to some estimates<\/a>, INFPs make up no more than 5% of the population. That&#8217;s a ways off the beaten path.<\/p>\n<p>True to my personality type, I plan to devote a great deal of time to meditating over what all of this means. Let&#8217;s just hope I also manage to get a few other things done today as well.<\/p>\n<p>To learn more about your own personality type, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.humanmetrics.com\/cgi-win\/jtypes2.asp\">take the Myers Briggs test online at Human Metrics<\/a>.
