I went to the track at Wesley Hospital and managed 3\/4 of a mile.  That&#8217;s a far cry from where I wanted to be today, but it&#8217;s better than where I&#8217;ve been the past few days.  <\/p>\n<p>Before I got sick, I set a goal to walk 15 miles this week.  I didn&#8217;t even make it to 6.  If the path the hell is paved with good intentions, the only way I know to walk back from hell is one step at a time.  I may not have done anything else today, but I took a step.  <\/p>\n<p>Photo process with the Camera Bag app on the iPhone.
